iRIF Mail

iRIF Mail is the communication layer of the iRIF ecosystem. It provides free email accounts on the irifmail.com domain, a full web mailbox, and the iRif Drive cloud storage — all connected with iRIF Linx so members can read their email without a second password.

How to Use iRIF Mail

1. Create your free email

  1. Open irifmail.com/signup.php.
  2. Enter your name and choose your email address (4–30 letters, numbers, dot, dash or underscore).
  3. Choose a password (at least 8 characters) and add a recovery email, such as your Gmail.
  4. Answer the security question and press Create account — your inbox opens immediately.

2. Use it inside iRIF Linx

  1. Log in to iRIF Linx.
  2. Open Mine → My Email in the left menu.
  3. The first time, choose your address and password. After that, your mailbox opens inside Linx automatically — no second login.

3. Sign in from any browser

  1. Go to irifmail.com and press Sign in.
  2. Enter your name (without @irifmail.com) and your password.

4. Add iRIF Mail to your phone or computer

In your mail app choose Add account → Other (IMAP) and enter:

  • Email: yourname@irifmail.com — Password: your iRIF Mail password
  • Incoming (IMAP): mail.iriflinx.com — port 993 — SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.iriflinx.com — port 465 — SSL/TLS — authentication on

5. Use iRif Drive

  1. In iRIF Linx open Mine → iRif Drive.
  2. Press Upload or drag files into the window (up to 500 MB per file).
  3. Create folders, rename, move, copy and preview photos, videos and PDFs — just like a computer drive.
  4. Deleted items stay in the Recycle Bin for 30 days.

6. Forgot your password?

  • Created on irifmail.com: open Forgot password — a reset link is sent to your recovery email.
  • Created in iRIF Linx: open Linx → Mine → My Email → Change password.

Safety tips

  • Never share your password. iRIF staff will never ask for it.
  • Be careful with unexpected links or attachments.
  • Sending spam or illegal content leads to account suspension.
